“Vanesa Quiroz Sanchez was referred to us by our lender. We were extremely satisfied with Vanesa's level of knowledge, professionalism, and care with us. We could not have had a better experience. Communication between our real estate agent and us was super important to us and we got that with vanesa. She was able to accommodate our schedules as well. The process of buying a house was extremely smooth and fast (I believe it was about a 2 week process) it could not have been possible without Vanesa. Vanesa was there for the full inspection with me and answered any questions I had or looked for clarification with the inspector. She was able to answer all of our questions regarding the type of sewerage system, electric/gas, etc. This was our first purchase so she was helping us negotiate and we ended up getting a deal we were comfortable and happy with. We never felt pressured or rushed. After asking for repairs and the contractor failing to fix some of those repairs, she made sure they went back to fix what they had missed. Definitely having vanesa help us with the purchase or our next house!”
